*RTS* is ready to ship which means your item will ship in 1-2 days all other items are custom items and may take 10-14 days to be processed all items have different processing times. All items are handmade made so some minor imperfections may be present. Colors may be slightly different due to different screen settings. We do the best we can to achieve perfection but as you know nothing in life is total perfection. I will keep you informed on every step of the customization process to ensure your satisfaction. Refund policy

All sales are final for all orders; there are no refunds or exchanges. If the item arrives damaged due to shipping you must make a claim with the shipping provider and contact me via email within 2 days of delivery, I will need photos. We will then discuss what actions need to happen. I will not replace items due to wear and tear or being dropped. All items come with care card that should be followed. If you order a freshie the scent will fade, they should last 6-8 weeks but times may differ due to weather conditions.
